Are these all genuine leather?

No — the sofas here are leather, but the grade varies by range, so check each product page. Some state genuine leather (for example Dalmore, Vantage, Annecy, Cidliano, Dandrea and Renato), others are listed simply as leather without a stated grade, and the Chesterfield "antique" models are a bonded leather. We don't make a blanket genuine-leather claim; the product page is the definitive source.

What's the difference between genuine, bonded and unspecified leather?

Genuine (full-hide) leather is the hide itself — the most hard-wearing and it ages attractively. Bonded leather bonds leather fibres to a backing with a coating, looks similar and costs less but is generally less durable. Do these sofas suit families and everyday use?

Many are well suited to family living — leather is easy to wipe clean, and there's a wide choice of sizes and sets for busy households. The best choice depends on your room and how hard the sofa will be used. Check the product page for the material and specification, and consider a darker colour if you want to hide everyday marks more easily.

Which size or set should I choose?

A 2 seater suits smaller rooms, a 3 seater is the everyday main sofa for most living rooms, and sets (2+1 up to 3+2+1 and 3+3) add matching pieces for larger spaces or regular hosting. Measure your room first, and remember a set needs space and delivery access for more than one piece. Check each product page for what a set includes.

Some do and some don't. The collection includes standard non-reclining sofas, manual recliners (which recline with a lever or push-back, no power needed) and electric recliners (which recline at the touch of a button and need a mains socket nearby). Use the recliner filter to narrow to the type you want, and check the product page for the mechanism.

What's the difference between manual and electric recliners?

A manual recliner reclines with a lever or push-back action and needs no power, so it can go anywhere. An electric (power) recliner reclines smoothly at the touch of a button but needs a mains socket nearby; some powered models add features like USB charging or cup holders. Which suits you depends on preference and where the sofa will sit.

Which products are in stock?

At the time of writing most of the range is in stock but around 15% (roughly 93 of 613) is out — mainly the Vantage range and the Outlet lines. Availability is shown live on each product. Do the sofas need special maintenance?

Follow the product-specific care instructions first. As a general guide for leather, wipe with a clean, slightly damp cloth and buff dry, deal with spills promptly, avoid harsh cleaners and solvents, and keep it out of prolonged direct sunlight and away from excessive heat. A pale colour like cream shows marks more, so it rewards regular gentle care.

How do I measure for a sofa and check access?

Measure the wall space and floor depth where it will sit, and for a recliner allow extra depth when extended. Then measure your doorways, hallways, turns, staircases and any lift at the narrowest point, for width and height, and check everything against the product dimensions. Are they comfortable?
