At Furniture Instore, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. That’s why we offer fast, reliable and affordable delivery across the UK.
Delivery options

Standard delivery

Weekday delivery, ground floor, to the first safe point inside your door. Estimated:7 working days* for in-stock items.*please note for costal areas , this can take up to 10 working days

Room of choice

Two-person team delivers to your chosen room (access permitting). Packaging removal included on request.

Assembly service

Sofa feet/sections assembled and packaging taken away. Add at checkout or contact us to upgrade.

Express delivery

Available on selected in-stock sofas to mainland UK postcodes. Estimated: 2—4 working days. Surcharges may apply.

Lead times

7 working days* depending on postcode and service. .* Please note for costal areas , this can take up to 10 working days
4—10 weeks (we'll confirm your ETA by email).
Dates shown on the product page; we'll schedule as soon as stock lands.

We'll text/email tracking once your delivery window is booked.

Tracking & updates

You'll receive a booking link or time window by SMS/email. On the day, drivers will call ahead if required.

Failed/Missed delivery will incur charges of up to £150.00

On the day

Ensure clear access and protect floors if needed. Measure doorways, stairwells and lifts; modular sections may be separated.
Adults (18+) must be present to sign for delivery. Drivers can't remove doors/windows—please arrange a glazier if access is tight.
If the item can't fit, we can leave kerbside or return to depot (fees may apply).

Returns & damages

Please check your order on arrival. Note any issues on the driver's paperwork and take photos.

CHANGE OF MIND

Within 14 days for unused items in original packaging. Collection charges may apply.

FAULTS/DAMAGE

Report within 48 hours so we can repair/replace promptly.

Yes, in most areas we can arrange sofa recycling at an additional cost—contact us before your delivery date.
We’ll offer the earliest slot. If you need a particular day, let us know and we’ll try to accommodate.
Missed deliveries will incur redelivery fees up to £150. You can reschedule your delivery 48 hours prior to your delivery by contacting us. Please note if your delivery is with our couriers and you cancel your slot or miss the delivery , you will be charged up to £150 for a failed delivery charge.
