How long does delivery take?

Most in-stock sofas are delivered within 7 to 10 working days. Delivery is free to England and Wales and is carried out by our own two-person team, who bring the sofa in and position it, access permitting. Old sofa removal can be booked at checkout. Because this is a sale range with changing stock, delivery timings can vary, so please check availability and timing when you order.

What happens if my sofa arrives damaged?

If your sofa arrives with any damage or a fault, contact our team on 02476 705 600 as soon as possible and we will arrange to put it right. It helps to check the sofa over on delivery and to report any issue promptly, ideally with a photograph, so we can resolve it as quickly as possible for you.

Do I need to assemble the sofa myself?

No. There is no flat-pack building for you to do. Our two-person delivery team brings the sofa or set in and positions it, connecting any sections and fitting any feet on-site, access permitting. For electric reclining models, you simply plug the seats in near a power socket to operate the mechanism, so the sofa is ready to use.

Can I return a sofa and what is the returns window?

Yes. We offer a 14-day change-of-mind returns policy, so you can order with confidence. If you would like to return a sofa, get in touch within 14 days of delivery and our team will talk you through the process. Please keep the item in its original condition, as this helps us handle the return smoothly.

What cover do I get if a fault develops after delivery?

If a fault develops, you are covered by your statutory consumer rights, which require goods to be of satisfactory quality and as described.
