What is the Roma beige recliner range?

Are they all recliners?

Yes — every sofa in the Roma beige range reclines. There are no fixed, non-reclining pieces here: each one leans back and raises a footrest. Most are manual recliners, worked by hand with a lever or push-back and needing no power, and a couple are electric, operated at the touch of a button. The product page tells you whether a particular piece is manual or electric.

How do the manual and electric recliners work?

Both lean the seat back and raise a footrest, then return upright — the difference is control. A manual recliner is worked by hand, with a lever or a push-back and no socket needed, which is how most of the range works. An electric recliner is powered by a quiet motor and controlled from a button or handset, stopping wherever you let go, and needs a nearby mains socket. Both are comfort features.

Most of the range is Leather Aire — a smart, leather-look upholstery that's smooth and easy to wipe clean. It isn't genuine leather (a natural hide), and we don't call it faux; it's its own hard-wearing, wipe-clean material. Some Roma pieces come in soft, woven fabric instead, for a warmer feel. What's the difference between Leather Aire and fabric?

Leather Aire has a smooth, leather-style surface that wipes clean with a damp cloth, so marks tend to lift off rather than soaking in — especially handy for a paler colour like beige. Fabric is soft and woven, with a warmer, cosier feel, cared for by vacuuming and spot-cleaning. Neither is genuine leather, and we keep them clearly distinct so you always know what you're choosing.

What sizes and combinations are available?

A 2 seater or a 3 seater, matching combinations such as 2+1, 2+2, 2+1+1, 3+1, 3+1+1, 3+2, 3+2+1 and 3+3, and a corner (in left- or right-hand layouts). Everything coordinates in the same beige Roma design. Each piece's exact dimensions, including the reclined depth, are on its product page.

What does 3+2+1 mean?

Each number is a piece by its number of seats: 3 is a 3-seater, 2 is a 2-seater and 1 is an armchair. So 2+1 is a 2-seater plus an armchair, 3+2 is a 3-seater plus a 2-seater, 3+2+1 is a full suite of a 3-seater, a 2-seater and an armchair, 3+3 is two 3-seaters, and 2+1+1 or 3+1+1 is a sofa with two armchairs.

Is there a corner recliner?

Yes — the range includes a roomy corner recliner, an L-shaped sofa with reclining seats, in both left-hand and right-hand layouts so you can match it to your room. Left and right conventions can differ between retailers, so always check the product diagram and picture how it will sit before ordering. Allow clearance for the seats to recline.

What colour is beige?

Beige is a soft, warm neutral — a light, calming tone between cream and a pale sand. It gives a room a relaxed, airy feel and is easy to decorate around. As a paler shade it shows everyday marks a little more than the darker colours, so it rewards a little care, though its warmth is a touch more forgiving than a stark cream, and wipe-clean Leather Aire makes it especially easy to keep looking its best.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 14-day change of mind returns window from the day your order is delivered, on items returned in their original condition. To arrange a return, contact our team within those 14 days and we'll talk you through the next steps. This is in addition to your statutory rights, which cover goods that are faulty or not as described.

What happens if my sofa arrives damaged?

If any piece arrives with damage, contact our team as soon as possible — ideally within 48 hours — with a few photographs, and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or collection. It helps to check each piece over on delivery before the team leaves where you can, including testing the recline.

Do I need to assemble the sofa myself?

There's very little to do. Our two-person team brings each piece into your room and fits any feet on-site, so it's ready to use. A corner may arrive in sections that link together, and any electric pieces simply plug into a nearby socket, with no tools needed from you.

What guarantee comes with these sofas?

Every piece is inspected before it leaves us, and your purchase is protected by your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which cover goods that are faulty or not as described. You also have our 14-day change of mind returns.
