Standard delivery
Weekday delivery, ground floor, to the first safe point inside your door. Estimated: 5–10 working days for in‑stock items.
Room‑of‑choice
Two‑person team delivers to your chosen room (access permitting). Packaging removal included on request.
Assembly service
Sofa feet/sections assembled and packaging taken away. Add at checkout or contact us to upgrade.
Express delivery
Available on selected in‑stock sofas to mainland UK postcodes. Estimated: 2–4 working days. Surcharges may apply.
Lead times
- In‑stock sofas: 2–10 working days depending on postcode and service.
- Made‑to‑order: 4–10 weeks (we’ll confirm your ETA by email).
- Pre‑orders: dates shown on the product page; we’ll schedule as soon as stock lands.
We’ll text/email tracking once your delivery window is booked.

- Reschedule up to 24 hours before your slot.
- Missed delivery may incur a redelivery fee.

On the day
- Ensure clear access and protect floors if needed.
- Measure doorways, stairwells and lifts; modular sections may be separated.
- Adults (18+) must be present to sign for delivery.
- Drivers can’t remove doors/windows—please arrange a glazier if access is tight.
If the item can’t fit, we can leave kerbside or return to depot (fees may apply).
Returns & damages
Please check your order on arrival. Note any issues on the driver’s paperwork and take photos.
- Change of mind: within 14 days for unused items in original packaging. Collection charges may apply.
- Faults/damage: report within 48 hours so we can repair/replace promptly.
