What is in this collection?

183 three-seater sofas and matching 3+3 sets, 137 of them in stock, across the Valerie, Verona, Valencia, Dalmore, Roma, Conway and Chesterfield ranges. Materials run across fabric, leather and genuine leather, and some are fixed while others are manual recliners with a side lever.

Two matching three-seaters rather than the usual three-plus-two. It suits a long room, an open-plan space, or a household that seats six regularly and would rather not have one person on an armchair. It needs two wall runs of similar length, which is the thing to check before ordering.

Which of these are genuine leather?

Only the Dalmore titles state Genuine Leather. Valerie, Verona Leather, Valencia, Roma and Chesterfield state Leather without naming a grade, so we call those leather and claim nothing further. Verona Scatter, Verona High Back, Valerie Charcoal and Conway are fabric.

Verona seems to appear more than once. What is the difference?

Three versions share the name. Verona Leather is the leather one. Verona High Back is fabric with a fixed, taller back. Verona Scatter is fabric with loose back cushions you arrange yourself. Same range, three different sofas, and the middle word in the title is all that separates them.

Which of these recline?

Valencia, Roma and Conway bring the recliners in this grid and they are manual, worked by a side lever with nothing to plug in. Valerie, Verona, Dalmore and Chesterfield are fixed. Each product page states which, so check there rather than assuming from the range.

What does Antique mean on the Chesterfield?

It describes the style, the traditional deep-buttoned Chesterfield look, not the age of the sofa. It is a new sofa made in an antique-style finish, not a second-hand or period piece. It is also the only traditional shape and the only red sofa in the grid.

What size room do I need, and what should I measure?

Take the width, depth and height from the product page and mark the footprint on your floor with tape. For a recliner, add clearance behind for the backrest and in front for the footrest. Then measure the route in against the packaged dimensions rather than the sofa dimensions.

Should I buy a 3+2, a 3+3, or a single three-seater?

A single three-seater if you have one wall run. A 3+2 if you want a main sofa plus a smaller companion. A 3+3 if you have two similar wall runs and seat six regularly. The 3+3 is the least common choice and the one most often overlooked when it would have suited best.

How long will the sofa last?

That depends on the frame, the upholstery, the mechanism and how the sofa is used, so we do not put a single figure on it. Ring us on 02476 705 600 with the sofa you are considering and we will tell you what the manufacturer states for that model rather than give an estimate.

How do I clean and care for it?

It depends on the material. Fabric wants vacuuming with an upholstery tool and blotting rather than rubbing. Leather and genuine leather want dusting and a wipe with a damp cloth, and hide takes an occasional conditioner. Keep any of them out of direct sunlight and away from radiators.

What does Pre-Order mean on a product?

It means the item is not in stock now and becomes available after a stated lead time shown on the product card, which can run well beyond our usual delivery window. Pre-order is not the same as in stock and not the same as sold out. Check the lead time before ordering.

Is assembly included, or do I need to build the sofa?

There is very little to do. Our two-person team brings each piece into your chosen ground-floor room and fits any feet on site, so it arrives ready to use. A manual recliner needs nothing plugging in. No tools are required from you.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 14-day change of mind returns window, counted from delivery, on items returned unused and in their original condition. Contact us within those 14 days so a collection can be arranged. Your statutory rights sit alongside this and are not limited to that window.

What happens if my sofa arrives damaged?

Ring us on 02476 705 600 as soon as you notice, ideally within 48 hours, and keep the packaging if you have it. Photographs help us resolve it quickly. Damaged and faulty goods are covered by your statutory rights, separately from the 14-day window.

Is there a warranty on these sofas?

There is no frame warranty advertised on this collection, so please do not assume one is in place, whatever other wording on the site may say. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 always apply to faulty or misdescribed goods, and you also have our 14-day returns.
