Payment, Security & Cancellations
We make paying for your order fast, safe, and flexible — and we take your personal data and payment security seriously. This page explains how you can pay, what happens if an order is declined or cancelled, and how we protect your information.
Proof of Purchase
Every order comes with a VAT invoice sent to your email and a paper copy provided on the day of delivery.
Please keep your proof of purchase safe — it may be required for returns, warranty, or finance queries.
Payment Methods Accepted
We offer several secure and convenient ways to pay for your order:
- Credit / Debit Cards — Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club International.
- PayPal — Use your PayPal account to check out quickly and securely.
- Finance with DivideBuy — Interest-free finance options available (subject to status).
- BACS / Bank Transfer — Direct payments can be arranged by contacting our team.
- Cash on Delivery — Accepted via trusted delivery drivers for local orders.
All payments are processed securely. We do not store full payment card details on our systems.
Refused or Declined Orders
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in the following situations:
- Your payment is flagged by our payment provider for security or fraud concerns.
- Your payment is declined or fails authorisation.
- The item is out of stock with us or our suppliers.
- A pricing or product description error has occurred.
- We’re unable to deliver to your address or meet required access needs.
Refunds & Cancellations:
If an order is cancelled, any payment made will be refunded to the original payment method used at checkout.
Website Security
Your security is our priority.
- We use Sectigo SSL encryption across our website to ensure all transactions and personal information are transmitted securely.
- You will see “https://” and the padlock icon in your browser, confirming a secure connection.
- Our payment processing partners meet PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) requirements.
Data Protection
To process your order, we collect essential personal information such as your name, address, and contact details.
We will never share your personal data with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required to fulfil your order (e.g., courier services or finance providers).
All information is handled in line with the UK Data Protection Act and GDPR regulations.
Safeguards
We take extra steps to keep your data safe:
- Verifying identities before sharing order or account details.
- Monitoring for suspicious transactions.
- Secure storage of customer records.
