You’ll receive a phone call two days before we come out to deliver and let you know the day and time slot for delivery, if we can not get hold of you for booking in your delivery via phone call , we will always email/text you . On the day, drivers will call ahead if required.
If the item can’t fit, we can leave kerbside or return to depot (fees may apply).
