To confirm and secure your order, we require a booking fee of £20.00 at the time of purchase. This small payment guarantees that the product or service you have chosen is reserved exclusively for you.
The £20.00 booking fee is deducted from your final balance, meaning it is not an additional cost. For example, if your total order is £500 and you have already paid the £20.00 booking fee, you will only need to pay £480 when settling the remainder. This process makes your order secure and helps us prepare your product with confidence.
Please note that booking fees are non-refundable. This covers administrative costs and protects against cancellations or last-minute changes. By paying the fee, you confirm your commitment, while we ensure your order is fully reserved.
