This furniture has been exceptionally well maintained and remains in impressive overall condition, offering both comfort and style for everyday use. There are a few small cosmetic imperfections that have been reflected in the price and fully disclosed for complete transparency. A small cut is present on the bottom front corner of the right arm, another small cut can be found on the bottom rear corner of the left arm, and there is also a small cut on the rear of the back cushion. These marks are superficial and do not affect the furniture's durability, seating comfort, structural integrity, or intended function. The remainder of the item presents extremely well and would make an excellent addition to any home. Please study the accompanying photographs carefully, as they accurately show the current condition and form part of the listing description. This furniture is sold exactly as shown without any warranty or guarantee. Due to the clearance nature of the sale, returns, refunds, and exchanges cannot be accepted.
