Weekday delivery, ground floor, to the first safe point inside your door. Estimated: 5–10 working days for in‑stock items.

Room‑of‑choice

Two‑person team delivers to your chosen room (access permitting). Packaging removal included on request.

Assembly service

Sofa feet/sections assembled and packaging taken away. Add at checkout or contact us to upgrade.

Express delivery

Available on selected in‑stock sofas to mainland UK postcodes. Estimated: 2–4 working days. Surcharges may apply.

  • In‑stock sofas: 2–10 working days depending on postcode and service.
  • Made‑to‑order: 4–10 weeks (we’ll confirm your ETA by email).
  • Pre‑orders: dates shown on the product page; we’ll schedule as soon as stock lands.

If the item can’t fit, we can leave kerbside or return to depot (fees may apply).

Returns & damages

Please check your order on arrival. Note any issues on the driver’s paperwork and take photos.

  • Change of mind: within 14 days for unused items in original packaging. Collection charges may apply.
  • Faults/damage: report within 48 hours so we can repair/replace promptly.
