FAQ's
How much space do I need behind a leather recliner sofa set?
Manual recliners need 50 centimetres from the wall. Electric recliners need 30 centimetres because the seat glides forward as it reclines.
Can I get a leather electric recliner sofa set with just one electric seat?
Yes. Mix and match. Make the 3 seater electric and leave the 2 seater manual. We have multiple seating options available, and we offer unbeatable prices in the market.
What happens if the leather cracks within the five-year warranty?
In case of any crack, you can post your claim and send us photos. Our team will come and inspect the sofas. We will replace the damaged section or refund you. Cracking from normal use is covered. Cuts from knives are not.
Does a leather reclining sofa set need special cleaning products?
No. A damp cloth with a drop of washing-up liquid works fine. Dry the leather with a soft towel afterwards. That is all you need. Moreover, if you have wipes, you can use them to clean the leather sofas. It works really well without damaging the leather.
Is a sofa set, a leather recliner, too big for a UK flat?
Depends on the flat. Measure your room first. The three-seater alone needs a 210-centimetre wall. The two-seater needs 160 centimetres. Add them together, and you need a large space.
Do you deliver a leather sofa recliner set to a second-floor flat?
Yes. The delivery team carries each piece upstairs. Each box fits through a standard doorway. Check your stairs before ordering. This will not be a free delivery, as free delivery is meant for the ground floor only.
How do I know if I need manual or electric recliners?
Manual is cheaper and works without plugs. Electric costs more but needs less space behind the sofa. Pick electric if your room is tight. Pick a manual if you have room to spare. Both have their own pros and cons. Choice is all yours.
Can I return a leather electric recliner sofa set if I change my mind?
Yes, within 14 days. The set must be unused. If you have used the sofa and want to change it, you will have to bear the delivery cost, and moreover, you will be charged a percentage of the actual amount of the sofa. You can review the delivery and return page.
How much time will you take to deliver the sofa?
Normally, it will take around 7-10 working days to deliver your sofa to your doorstep. If you need premium delivery, it is not free at all; you will have to bear the delivery charges, and you will get the sofas within 2 working days.
